Domestic Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped from the farm or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high volumes of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow for additional days in transit for your delivery. Should there be a period of significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. For any queries, contact orders@gabrielskloof.co.za.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimates of size, delivery period, and cost are shown below.
Major cities (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg and Port Elizabeth)
Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days
Cost: R130.00 for the first case, and R90 for every case after that
Delivery Charges are subject, without notice, to change according to promotions and/or carriers changes.
Delivery delays can occur and your patience in these instances is appreciated.
Carriers used in South Africa
Gabriëlskloof has two delivery vehicles used for local deliveries (Overberg to Cape Town). We have warehouses in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Port-Elisabeth and Gauteng, and we will always endeavour to deliver directly to customers from these warehouses. When this is not possible, we make use of two courier companies - PJS couriers for the Western Cape, and FedEx for the rest of South Africa.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has processed, with tracking numbers where applicable, as well as an estimate for date and time of delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gabriëlskloof is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Gabriëlskloof is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but will act on behalf of our customers to replace damaged products. Should you receive your order damaged, please contact orders@gabrielskloof.co.za. (Gabriëlskloof replaces the product and claims where applicable from the couriers).
