The 2024 vintage was marked by a wet winter and spring, fostering vigorous vineyard growth, while challenging weather during flowering resulted in lower yields. Despite reduced quantities, the 2024 wines showcase intense characteristics balanced by a lively freshness, a testament to the vineyard's robust early-season development.
The Sauvignon Blanc 2024 was fermented wild in stainless steel tanks and left on its lees for seven months before bottling.
A racy, flavoursome vintage showing green pineapple, gooseberries and quince on the nose along with a refreshing salinity from ocean spray and kelp. The palate delivers green citrus, lemongrass and litchi, given an edgy textural linearity from flint and oyster shells.
