The Whole Bunch Syrah forms part of our Projects Range. These are wines we can get geeky about - interesting, small runs, slightly quirky.
This vintage of the Whole Bunch Syrah is floral, earthy and intensely complex, showing a dense core of black and red fruits and white pepper that again nods towards the northern Rhone. The palate is not without tannin or acidity but is led by pure fruit and a touch of aromatic spice. The overall effect is lifted and ethereal where the 2021 was dense and coiled - making this more approachable though no less beguiling.
