A blend of 77% Syrah, 19% Semillon and 4% Muscat d'Alexandre. Sourced from select vineyards across the Western Cape, all varieties were whole-bunch pressed to preserve freshness and purity, with no extended skin contact. The wine was aged on its lees for four months, developing subtle complexity while maintaining vibrant fruit character.
Raspberry, watermelon and bright floral notes lift the nose with the palate similarly red-fruited. A zesty, mineral spine from grapefruit peel and flint brings energy and focus to a vintage that is tart, crunchy and ever so smashable.
