Whole bunch pressed, wild fermented and matured in amphora for 10 months, low sulphur. 1100 bottles made.

Expressive nose with touches of pear, white peach and blackcurrant. The palate is lively with a zesty, lemon and lime core and a lovely, fresh finish.
