This vintage of Rosebud was made with 100% Syrah that was whole bunch pressed and fermented and spent a couple of months settling in tank before blending and bottling.
A punchy blanc de noir style of rosé, the nose showing a hint of minerality before wild strawberry, rhubarb and quince. A red apple skin note to the palate gives the wine complexity and crunch, while a rounded mouthfeel is imbued with rose water and fresh red fruits.
